About Mia
Mia Bolte has been helping individuals and groups reconnect with their aliveness and wellness for ten years. Her practical approach to working with clients utilizes the best of Western psychology in conjunction with the wisdom of Eastern influences, including body awareness and mindfulness. She teaches psychology related courses at the University of Minnesota and has been adjunct faculty at Naropa University where she earned her Master of Arts in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. She is committed to working with individuals, couples and groups to help them discover who they want to be, and really are!
About Michelle
Michelle Johnson Dupre graduated from Naropa University with a graduate degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology. Drawing on experience in traditional psychological as well as psycho/spiritual clinical positions, Michelle brings an openness and inquisitiveness to her work with you. Using dreams, mindfulness techniques, and art, she invites you to explore aspects of heart and mind more deeply.
